Return Policy

No Return Policy for Print-on-Demand Products

Our products are custom-made to order, and we do not maintain inventory. As such, we have a strict no return policy except in cases of defective or damaged items. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. No returns or exchanges are accepted due to: 
    • Personal preference
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Change of mind
    • Any reason other than product defects
  2. Defective or damaged items
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
    • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
  3. Incorrect items
    • In the rare event you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • We will arrange for a replacement of the correct item.
  4. Order cancellation
    • Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately.
    • We cannot cancel or modify orders once they've been submitted.
